Your listing is confirmed after review.

Please provide a brief overview of your event proposal for review purposes. We may contact you separately by email if we need any additional information or details.

DEI and harassment trainingRequired

All event organizers are required to attend our DEI and harassment training. Please select your preferred session date. A Zoom link will be sent to you separately.

Agreement to the Tokyo Tech Week Event Registration TermsRequired

I have reviewed and agree to the Event Registration Terms. I also confirm that the proposed event does not fall under any of the prohibited activities and acknowledge that the organizer is responsible for the planning and operation of the event.
